The overhead crane is made with highly efficient squirrel cage hoist motors which especially designed for hoist are applied and comply with IEC specification with insulation F degree and start torque over 200%. We adopt electromagnetic disc type dual DC brake from Lenze, the biggest supplier inGermany, as our best choice on DC brakes of the overhead crane. This fabulous element is to perform the brake torque over 250% with durable wear-resisting, long life, rapid reaction, low noise and convenient for maintenance.

The gear box applies alloy steel as base materials of gears with hardness higher than HRC 50 degree and oil bath lubrication of gears for sustaining long lifespan of overhead crane. We use qualified high-strength steel drum and screw type up / down limit switch which applies principle of screw rotation to set up/ down limit and terminal limit to avoid crab damage for wrong direction. The anti-loose device of the overhead crane can prevent wire rope loose and out of grooves. The hollow shaft drive of traversing integrated motor and brake, gear box are easy for fabrication and maintenance. 

We have received the elevator authorization and 200 tons stationary crane authentication by Labor Standards Inspection Office, and the 150 tons of overhead crane evaluation by Taiwan Power Company because of our strict policy and guidelines for our products and procedures.
